Projeto Shelters For All - Concurso.

Hoje estarei postando o meu primeiro projeto de concurso, o concurso Shelters for All tem o objetivo de trazer a discussão sobre habitação de qualidade para pessoas que vivem em extrema pobreza, sustentabilidade, habitação de baixo custo e que pudesse ser construida pelos usuários; não tive sorte sobre o resultado mas tirei muito aprendizado com esse concurso. Participar de concurso internacionais te estimula a dar o melhor de si e te mostra o tão pouco você (eu pelo menos) sabe a respeito de uma construção com qualidade ou uma gestão de projeto arquitetônico.  Tive que aprender alguns softwares para tentar chegar em um nível próximo dos concorrentes do exterior no quesito simulação da eficiência de edificações. O resultado oficial ainda não saiu, mas quando for anunciado irei postar o vencedores pois acredito que este tipo de arquitetura humanitária deve ser divulgada, discutida e parabenizada! Acho que é isso, ando com pouco tempo e diminuirei minha frequência de postagem no Blog. 

Concept 

The concept was to develop three main principles in the project. A social sustainability, a modular system and energy efficiency for a house for the people living at home with poor conditions.

Social Sustainability - design to be built with local materials, local labor.Construction are all locally sourced materials - rammed earth walls, Dahoma wood, bamboo and Can all be found nearby to construct the home. Meanwhile, local people would be taught how to build the homes, giving Them a new skill set and boosting the economy.garden in the courtyard, which helps provide some of the family's food. The small scale septic tank manages the household's waste, while organic waste is composted in the yard.

Modular System - purpose of optimizing the assembly, transport and ease of expansion of the house. The study began with 1x1 modules reaching the final modules of 4 x 4 and through their united with other modules of the same size are formed with larger ones. With the use of modules, the house has the possibility of flexibility to expand their existing environments without interference on the constructed spaces, according to the growth of families. The house is made from four 4x4 modules and within this spaces are created the program to form a single-family home design.

Energy Efficiency - Use of natural resources, natural ventilation, solar heater, natural materials and quality architecture in order to sustentability and low footprint. The idea focused on this principle is to use inexpensive technologies that can be applied in the project so as to minimize energy use and maximize the comfort of family.
